That's alright. Jack called them 'hippies' and that they weren't really useful when actual danger showed up.
That's a neat thing to be god of! Asgard was one of those along the big tree, like Midgard, right?
[Most of his education came from Bartimaeus, the jinn. It was a bit erratic and did not include modern media.]
