[Video] (Day 60)
[Have you missed Loki? Here he is, but he's not looking his best. His clothes are rumpled, his hair sticking out randomly, and even his horned helmet seems to be flopping over. In the background are two sets of meows, one mournful and one demanding.]
My apologies for my absence. I have been dealing with- the consequences of some poor decisions on my part and who to trust.
[The mournful meowing turns to a thin wail, while Loki glares off-screen.]
I hope I have not missed too much- nor has it been that long-
[He's looking down, probably at the date on some screen, and his eyes widen. Then narrow as a tortoiseshell blur comes into view intermittently, meowing very loudly. He pushes the kitten away with annoyance, but as his helmet starts to slip off, he gently raises one hand to steady it. "I will deal with her, you may rest," he murmurs, apparently to his headgear.]

"Glad to see you're fine. This place is so big, makes it hard to keep track of others..."
From this angle one could think his wings just some wall decoration or a mantle he wears. Until they move at least, shifting as he adjusts his position.

"The wings aren't my magic and I'm fairly sure it's some fae joke on my surname being 'Wing', but they aren't so bad now that they're grown in." Needing a whole lot of adjusting sure, but once he'd dreamed of flying. Day didn't want to give it up so easily. "Aen'kaes hair got a pretty sheen now, that's all I noticed."

"Aen'kae's hair is different. Is that all? What happened during the burst of magic other than these changes?"

"Uh, that whole chaos went away, I haven't seen most of the cats since, the rooms no longer turn into yarn... been generally calmer since. Apart from that bit where the gravity broke, but from what I gather that was Lucas doing."

He nods along. "Lucas and I dealt with the source of the chaos. Not all of the cats left with the Goose of Chaos, as some had found family here-" He's interrupted by the loudest scream yet. Family should feed their starving cats! Loki sighs and gets up.
"Excuse me. Mine certainly did not disappear, and they are utterly incapable of feeding themselves."
He's off-screen for a few minutes, and when he gets back, all of the meowing has ceased. He's holding a small plate with nutri-cubes on it, which he sets between himself and the monitor. It looks too small for him and no cats are jumping for it- then his helmet melts and flows down his arm, reshaping into a little man, which sits down next to the plate and grabs a cube.

"Aen'kae kept one too, but it's not making too much trouble." Apart from making their belongings temporarily vanish. "And it seems you kept some gifts there too."

The little man-figure smiles and waves, and Loki taps its head affectionately with a finger. "Indeed I have. This little one appeared on our way to find the source of the chaos and it has barely left my side- or head- since. It has been quite useful and friendly, so I am glad it did not vanish with the other chaos magic."

"I'd rather believe that any further surprises are of such good nature too." Oh sure, the wings growing had hurt and scared him a bit, but it wasn't so bad at the end.
